Space Raptors

After a very long wait, the Chuhuac from Loud Ninja Games  finally arrived this week. They are very different from the majority of the 15mm aliens out there, especially as they have most of the types of units you might be looking for: infantry, fast attack, heavy weapons, transport vehicle, mechs, and even some 28mm infantry. They are some very detailed and cool looking models, and I hope to see these guys continue making some very unique minis that we just haven't seen yet.

Overall shot of what I've put on bases, this is about 2/3 of the whole force

Assembling the future heavy support for the Chuhuac
(being supported while the green stuff settles him onto his base)

I feel that I should point out the T-Rex. He is not part of the Chuhuac I received, but I have had him for a few months in anticipation of the Chuhuac to act as a mobile heavy weapons platform, or an assault unit. He will take a lot of work, but I'm hoping he will look bad ass by the time I'm done.

  1. Chris,

Glad you like them. The Chuhuac have been an experience to get out, but I think they were worth it. I look forward to seeing what you do with them.

    1. Yes, me and my friends love them. I hate you kept running into issues with getting these guys into production, but it was worth the wait. I also look forward to the Ikwen, I love everything I've seen so far.

  2. Chris,

I appreciate the support. Those problems are pretty much behind us now. I've got things figured out and i learned a TON so far. There will always be issues in any sort of production using contractors and multiple vendors.

I hope to see more from you and your friends online. Drop me a line at the loudninjagames@gmail.com if you have any questions or thoughts and I'd love to feature your progress on the LNG blog and Facebook as well.

As for the Ikwen, they are moving along even if it looks like I'll miss the Q2 release schedule I hoped for. They are going to grow a bit more organically, like most miniatures ranges, a few packs at a time.

    Thanks again,

    -Eli

  3. Chris,

Just a bit of a personal message for you on this.

The Ikwen will be released in early March, maybe as early as next week.

Take care and thanks for you continued support,

    -Eli
